An innovative action, developed between the Marketing and the International Market team, was designed for the launch of the new LogBox Connect BLE. With the aim of bringing foreign distributors closer to the product and presenting them to the technical and differential characteristics of the wireless data logger, 3 webinars –English and Spanish - were presented to the NOVUS distributors around the world.
Fabio Piuma, product specialist in charge of conducting the virtual seminars, says that the idea was not only to present the LogBox Connect family, but also to instill in the distributors the product information and sales arguments - differentials, characteristics and applications. "The expected result was to do differently, having a positive impact on the distributors, raising their motivation with the new product since they could see it, its characteristics, its differentials, and especially the sales arguments previously prepared by us”, explains Piuma.
In order to measure the impact of this action, were developed three mechanisms: openings for questions and doubts throughout the webinar (sent in real time by the participants, in the webinar tool itself and then answered to all), questionnaire on the product and market and, by the end of the presentation, a discount promotion for those who answered a questionnaire. "Up to now, we had really good results due to the actions of the webinar. This kind of action resulted is an unprecedented success in NOVUS history and now we will make this model a standard for future launches", concludes.
