NOVUS exhibited its products at Sensors Expo & Conference 2014, in Chicago, IL from June 25 to 26th. With booth located at the Wireless/M2M Pavilion, NOVUS presented several new products including TagTemp-NFC, a Near Field Communication enabled Temperature Data Logger and its new Temperature Transmitter TxBlock-USB, both allowing direct communication with smart phones. Wireless products like RHT-Air, AirGate-Modbus and AirGate-GPRS were also exhibited, all with great impact and acceptance among hundreds of visitors.

According to Marcos Dillenburg, NOVUS Chief Technology Officer, this show was an excellent opportunity to increase NOVUS presence abroad, especially in North America. “After this event, NOVUS AUTOMATION expects to increase its distribution chain, boost sales through existing channels and promote the NOVUS brand in the biggest and most competitive market”.

NOVUS exports 40% of all units it manufactures. Expectations are to grow 100% in the US market in 2014, and 30% worldwide. To achieve such ambitious results, significant investments in new technologies and products have been made in the last year, mainly in wireless solutions.
